04. Results & Impact
Impact across 15+ years
You might be a founder sizing up product credibility, a VP of product or engineering evaluating systems and handoffs, a recruiter confirming seniority and timezone fit, or a peer checking whether the public work holds up. The three cards below are structured for that split: reach, systems depth, and leadership logistics across 15+ years—not a résumé dump, but the throughline.
1M+ impacted users
Banking, fintech, telecom, and consumer surfaces—products relied on daily, including regulated and high-traffic contexts
US and LATAM markets; work that had to hold up for users, compliance, and stakeholder narrative—not demoware
Range from Fortune 500 programs to high-growth startups—the same bar for credibility whether the team is ten or a thousand
15+ design systems
Built from scratch or scaled—tokens, components, documentation, and adoption mechanics that engineering teams can actually ship
Enterprise and product orgs across pharma, FMCG, telecom, and SaaS—systems that match how those companies release software, not just how design files look
Hybrid designer–engineer practice: leadership in Figma and fluency in production stacks—fewer handoff gaps for product and eng leaders evaluating fit
5 teams led · 15+ years remote
Director-level scope: org design, hiring, strategy, and hands-on execution when the team is still small—what founders need from a first design leader
US timezone overlap from Guatemala (CST/UTC-6); fully remote long before it was default—logistics recruiters and hiring managers can verify quickly
Founded Figma Community LATAM; content and community work peers can audit—open source and talks round out the public record
